K K Tibrewal, the founder of KK Tibrewal & Co, is a highly accomplished Chartered Accountant with over 40 years of experience in the industry. K K Tibrewal’s expertise spans various disciplines, including auditing, direct and indirect taxation, financial advisory, and regulatory compliance. Tushar Tibrewal

Tushar Tibrewal has done his Bachelor’s in Commerce from Delhi University and is a fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI). He has further completed a diploma in DISA (Diploma in Information Systems) from ICAI. He is an alumnus from EY India and has rich experience in the fields of Direct and Indirect Taxation & Auditing. Over the last 7 years, he has worked on various practice areas externally with firms & industries in the field of auditing, domestic and international taxation, and corporate compliances.

He has worked closely with domestic firms including startups and assisted the companies in raising funds from private investors as well as banks. He is well versed with VAT/GST laws and has been working with companies across various industries to optimize their tax structures.

Amit Singla

Amit is a Chartered Accountant, with nearly 10 years of experience, Amit has expertise in Audit Assurance and Accounting Services, with a practical approach to solving risk management problems. Amit has worked with PwC UK, India & Canada within the Audit & Assurance Practice specifically in corporate and banking audits, where as a Manager, he had responsibility for leading audit teams. Amit has a rich experience in IFRS, Ind AS, UK GAAP and great experience of other countries’ local GAAPs. Amit has experience in a varied portfolio of audit clients from different industries being Telecom, Information Technology, Manufacturing, Services and Financial Services.

Vikash Patwari

Vikash’s experience stems from my multiple forays into the areas of consulting, finance, advisory, tax, litigation, and industrial secondments. Prior to this, he worked with Larsen & Turbo Limited and was primarily involved in advisory, compliance, litigation and conducting GST training awareness sessions and budget seminars. Also provided assistance to team leaders in preparation of deliverables, research work and MIS management. Involved in providing end to end tax advisory and compliance services for GST. Majorly involved in restructuring of business processes and conducting Business Health Checks, Due Diligence, Diagnostic Reviews, representation in matters before various tax authorities etc.
